Greg was born in Austin, grew up all over Texas, and then graduated high school in New Jersey.  Greg felt God calling him to ministry in 1990 while attending Baylor University. At Baylor, Greg met his beautiful wife Rachel and they were married in 1992.  After graduating from Baylor, Greg & Rachel both attended Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth.  Greg has been in ministry for 19 years beginning with his first job serving on a Resort Ministry Team just down the road in New Braunfels, Texas. 

Greg’s greatest passion is seeing people get connected into the Body of Christ and experience the blessings of life-changing relationships with God and other people.  In 2005, Greg & Rachel moved to Houston to help Second Baptist Church launch their first Multi-site campus where Greg was the Campus Pastor. Most recently, Greg has served as Connections Pastor for a church in the Greater San Antonio Area. 

Greg’s wife, Rachel, grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas and the hill country of San Antonio makes her feel right at home.  She has served in a variety of ministry roles both as a volunteer and on church staff.  She has served in youth, drama, sports, marriage, and children’s ministry areas.  Most recently she served as the Interim Children’s Minister at their previous church. 

Greg & Rachel have served as Marriage Seminar speakers for Family Life since 2002 and both have a passion for helping people build strong marriages on the foundation of God’s Word.

Greg & Rachel have two children, Tanner (11), and Libbie (9).  Tanner is in 5^th grade and likes baseball, video games, Toby Mac & Mac-n- cheese.  Libbie is in 3^rd grade and loves dogs, music, art, and Food Network.  Both Tanner & Libbie will both be attending San Antonio Christian School for the first time next year.
